LOL. I wouldn't want to even think about trekking out to an outhouse in single digit temps. Especially at night.

Porta-shitters are savage in the winter just like the summer.

10 degree plastic sends a shock to your body as your ass makes contact. My favorite part is shitting in one that’s unused or just been cleaned in the winter. You always here a thud as the turds hit the frozen water below.

100% laugh rate in my experiences.

Why did cabovers fade away?

And now why are they making a comeback?

Cabovers were popular when there was an overall length limit. That got repealed. Conventionals offer a much better ride, more room and are more aerodynamic.

I don't see many of them in North America, but they're popular overseas for still having shorter overall lengths, which is also very useful in navigating crowded urban areas.
