Question about REVS not dropping!?!?

Well my terminator is running great, thank god. But my 95 gt when shifting feels like the revs kind of take a while to come down. In between shifts it takes a few seconds before they start to wind down? Anyone know why? My cobra tho is nothing like this....thanks for any info.:??: hope this makes sence

Isn't that the clutch slipping? My old fox did that before I changed my clutch.

how is the idle, any leaks, torn vaccum hoses. does it come down and stay at a certain rpm or does it stay at high rpm's. do you feel any binding in the throttle.

MAF is good to go no leaks or tears in vaccum hoses......it comes down and idles at about 1k drives good and the clutch is new...where is the return spring located? thanks for the help guys
