Well after a really long time of hoarding parts I finally have everything I need to start on this project.

For the rear of the car I'm putting a 31 spline IRS w/ 3.55 gears in along with "Yellow" Koni's, steel braided lines, MM poly sub frame bushings and MM center diff bushings.

For the front of the car I'm putting 03 cobra control arms, SN95 spindles, cobra brakes, steel braided lines, Eibach springs, MM steering rack bushings and "Yellow" Konis.

Hopefully all of this crap with help this old fox ride better, handle better and stop better.

The car.

I have a friend that has a couple SVO's; he built a SVO 'vert from a turbo GT 'vert and installed an IRS in it. He did an exceptional job and has a very nice looking car. Casual car guy would be hard pressed to tell it wasn't a factory SVO 'vert.

This is how far I got today. I just need to clean and paint the calipers and finished replacing the sub frame bushings............then it will be ready for the car.

That is AWESOME! I still miss my '85 4E, wish I had time to restore it but ended up selling to a guy in Nebraska.

Finished up the E-brake yesterday. It is a combination of cobra brake cables, brackets form a 96 mustang and the brake lever cable from my SVO.
