Black SCABs are my fav. They remind me of an RC that I had as a child. The TYCO Bandit:

Great looking Cobra, @Zunit2345. I like the wheel choice. And, I've always been a fan of Sonic Blue!

Holy Crap....mic drop right there! Absolutely stunning.
WOWZAAAA!!!
Car sure has incredible power, first open wheel I have driven that gives you an honest kick in the back. However the setup and tires are currently way off so I was not any faster yet. Going over the video I found myself under revving a whole lot as well. Hoping to get it in the shop to fix alignment/balance and then throw my fresh tires on for saturdayThat must have been a blast! How did the day go overall?

My buddy/chassis guy went up and down the west coast destroying all F1000 track records in a similar RFR so we'll be fine on setup. He is currently away at a wedding and my car is on used tires so figured I'd just go for it. I believe the car was set up for a rookie driver, it is lacking a lot of front end grip. Still nobody out there nearly as fast as me so I'm in no rush. I'll use up these older tires first and then get it done.Surprised you didn't do this before running it! What was off about the setup? Sounds like a full flat-patch, alignment and setup is in order, especially if it's new to you - I suspect you can probably get a baseline sent to you by RFR if you don't already have one.
After the last outing, my car had to have its lower chassis rails replaced from the firewall back, as it had literally split at the joint. It's going to be getting the same treatment next week to make sure it's all sorted - mainly making sure the ride height, corner weights and droop are all correct after the repair - and then will be using the Friday (practice sessions only) of the race weekend to hopefully tune both myself and the car up (as the car is just on a baseline at the moment, especially in terms of shock adjustments).
