#1 - Any pic needs to be hosted on a website to be posted as an image.

#2 - To create the image: press the "Print Screen" key, open MS Paint, click "Edit" then "Paste" and save the file. To keep it a reasonable size, re-open the file in Photoshop and save as a JPEG.
