Ported intake...Input please.

Well my brother is porting an intake and i was just wondering if he and I can get some input , just want to know how its coming along and what you guys think.

just using a carbide bit on a die grinder. im afraid of cutting it open just because i dont know anyone who can weld it back together.

i got mine tig welded back together for 40 bucks, just find a metal working shop or a bike shop and they'll do it for you.

yeah i put down 308/306 with bolt ons. lt bbk and o/r x. slp lm. 65 mm bbk and a predator tune.

you must cut it open if you have any doubts pop one of the frost plugs and have alook in there and I bet you'll be convinced, you will see that a big part of the restriction lays there and the only way to poperly clean it up is cut.

unfortunately i haven't even installed it yet, i've been having some work problems that limits my time.
