With what is involved and how I'm dealing with this, the ROUSH is a great choice and does look good but I have not stopped working on a cheaper version.

Does take awhile but it is not a lost cause.

The way I see it is kind of like you said, the Roush kit just comes with a lot of "extras" ...hardware to use with their heat exchanger, decal for the bumper, etc. If you cut all of that out and have a nice plastic trim piece only that would be the ticket.

I got my Roush Grille delete for well under $300.00 SHIPPED from Beefcake.

This grille is functional. Head temps are down as well as IAT's.

^ if you want to think that, that's your choice. But its still a battle I'm trying to do. You can go elsewhere and pay the more and I don't have a problem with that. I can even sell it at a good price too (PM or call)

When I first made this post, it was an idea only. No jigs, material, design or anything. That does take time and is something I am still working on.

My license plate bracket uses the honeycomb. What are y'all doing with the lower delete? Obviously I'd rather not run one(front license plate) but I don't wanna get pulled over for It then I've had 3 beers and could drive but the law thinks otherwise

We are actually going to try and finishing everything up. I'm wicked sorry for the long wait but it's coming together. Just want to make sure it last before people put it on and have issues.
