I'll preface this by saying I can't recall a thread like this. If there is one I can't find it, sorry.

My hopes here is that some of these Mustang parts companies like LMR, NPD ect will take notice and make some of these parts.

It doesn't matter what model, generation, year or anything like that. Mustang, Lightning, Focus, Raptor whatever. Let's just try and keep it Ford specific.

Simply post up what you think there is a market for and has real potential to sell.

I'll start.

99/01 Cobra Bumper (Urethane)
Seriously how the hell is this not made?

I've seen NIB bumpers go for 2k on ebay and perfect conditions ones go for $1500. I don't think anyone can deny there is a market for it. I'd bet a company could easily get enough pre-orders to jump start the manufacturing.

Yes I know one company makes them out of fiberglass but they have stopped for some reason with no projected return.

Smooth 99‐04 Hood, NO Vents.
Think 94-98 GT hood or a Terminator hood minus the vents, just FLAT but still with a rise like the Terminator.

Why? Simple, it would allow those guys (me included) to vent the hood the way we want with Race Louvers or Track Spec vents. This would be a massive hit with open track and autox guys. The street croud would jump on them too IMOP. I know i would.

That's what I have for now. I am genuinely interested in what some of you come up with.

That's one I definitely forgot about. I don't see how that one would be hard to do since aftermarket tails already exist.

I emailed LMR a few years ago about producing a replica 03/04 mirrors or ideally a 94-98 import mirror. With the prices they go for used I am sure they could sell cheaper and make a killing.

The originals were made from OEM pillars, but I agree. So many SN95's out there still.

I need a 99/01 bumper bad. I have a terminator bumper since that's all I can get.

Amber tails, I hope they don't make them since I already have them and it's the one thing that my 01 has going for it.

Someone needs to make IRS replacement parts including abs sensors. Seems like that would be a safety issue that would need to be addressed

^ yes on the abs sensors. think i need at least one. since my light is illuminated on the dash. and the brakes are like manual brakes right now.

I am actually glad that these parts aren’t being produced and sold on LMR, CJ pony, AM etc. Everyone and their dog would probably have these parts and the whole “rarity” aspect of the 99/01 cobra front bumper and amber tails would be lost.

I would not want to see every new edge GT/Mach with a 01 cobra bumper or every new edge GT/Mach/cobra with amber tails.

Look what has happened with the 03/04 Cobra front bumpers. Majority of the V6/GT/Mach is “upgrading” to the 03/04 Cobra bumper. It’s rare to see a stock V6/GT/Mach with their original bumper.

This is just my opinion on these parts specifically.

Also wouldn't mind a nice composite intake that would replace the cobra/mach intake. Maybe a few different runner lengths.

I wish someone would design a lower intake for the cobra for easier blower swaps. Maybe someone does and I’m stupid.

I'm not sure what the market is as most people rip them off and throw them away, but I wish you could get the 03/04 Cobra under hood insulators. I think people are asking Amber taillight prices for those used LMAO!!!

Another thing that I cannot believe is not available is replacement Tweed interior for Fox Body Mustangs. Once your factory tweed material is gone you have to buy something different. What if I want TWEED?!?!?! LMAO!!!

You've got something else going on then. I had to replace the module on mine when I got it and even before then the brakes felt normal. I just got tired of seeing the ABS light.

lovely. only reason i was thinking sensors, A. i have a diff cover leak, so maybe fluid is on the sensor, since they are exposed to the pick up wheel.

Are those modules even available anymore? Also with a scan tool, will it point to a sensor or module failure?

There should be a guy on ebay that can rebuild them. I don't think it'll tell you which specific sensor is bad. It'll just tell you there's a bad sensor. Mine would stop working all together and when it was acting up it wouldn't connect to scan.

If you're lacking power brakes I would look at the hydroboost.

I know on forscan, mine shows right rear sensor. I have no idea if it's telling the truth or not

- oem terminator lower caged pulley assembly. i have the faint but probably misguided hope that someday frpp will repop them. what do you think the chances of that ever happening are, travis @SID297 ?

- oem terminator (also manual 03/04 mach 1) radiator (identical to stock).
