Did mine a while back went to autozone and picked up a can of ford blue engine paint. Did a few light coats looks great and matches the stripe on my leather seats!

Go get krylon plastic spray paint, i forgot the real name but it has a primer and paint in one and is the easiest shit to paint with. Comes out looking perfect! i plan to repaint mine black instead of blue this time around including the engine shroud

Krylon Fusion is what you're thinking of.

I used ceramic brake caliper paint on my cp covers. Turned out nicely. Any engine enamel will hold up better to under hood temps.

I did mine with rustoleum industrial saftey blue. After it dried I used scothbrite to get the exact finish of the factory boss ones. Everyone that sees them thinks they are the boss ones. Cost me $5 total and it has held up perfect.

Those are coil covers. The 96-98 cobra has painted valve covers. If you paint the actual valve covers on our cars, post pics

I think the blue coil covers will really tie the engine bay together. My car is ingot silver so the gray covers are pretty bland. Jesus Titty ****ing Christ. It's not like I'm getting Lambo doors.

I painted mine coil covers white to match the car... Just have to sand like a bastard if you don't like the texture look and make sure to use plastic adhesion promoter.
