i have 335 30 18's on 10.5 inch rims. no rubbing, no spacers. did shave a dime sized piece off of the irs bolt, but not because it rubbed while drving, but because it rubbed putting it up on a lift and fully extending the suspension.

BINGO.... FIANLY someone is settin the record straight, cuz I have the same set up and they would ONLY rub if/when the car is jack up.....THANK you

Poison_S,

Buy some stock bolts (p/n N802293-s60) and shave the heads. The button head bolts ended up coming loose on me after a visit to Hallet. They are probably fine for most driving but not for OT events. I would not do the spacer either. The only time you would have an issue with the bolt rubbing would be under full travel suspension and I keep saying if that happens then there are worse problems to worry about.
;-)

thats what i did.......have 315/35's on 10.5's.....no rub

What about when you had the solid axle? Did you have the same setup then with no rubbing issue?

I have 315/35-18 BFG Drag Radials on a BBS RK Plasma 10" wheel and with my fenders rolled, I rub pretty good when the road dips. I have H&R Super Sport springs with MM front isolators and stock isolators in the rear. They rubbed so much that they look like someone ran a sharp knife all over the tires. The driver's side DR doesn't even hold air anymore! I'm done with 315's!!

335/35zr17 michelin ps2's 3/8" spacer on afs 17 x 10.5 lowering springs spring isolators rolled fenders no rubbing put button head irs sub-frame bolt on, though it is not an interference with the tire, the subframe mount is the issue that made it necessary for the spacers
