1,000-1,500 isn’t bad for some of the sets I’ve seen posted.

Much more manageable than the 4-5k I was presented with at a shop in an Amish community that I occasionally work in.

My issue is that the wife wants me to build an actual tree house. I’m not sure I’d trust something I built up in a tree for myself, let alone for my kids to play in.

I was shocked at the price tags I was seeing when I started my research last year as well. I agree some of the examples presented are much more reasonable. I was tossing the idea of a tree house around due to how uneven and wooded my backyard is, ultimately I would still need to level out a crash pad underneath so im leaning towards playset.
