Crazy. I can’t imagine that was a cheap purchase either.

Met a guy on the 4th that had found a barn-hidden ‘68GT500, and just finished it up a few weeks prior. He had a cool story as well.

That is incredible. I would not be able to keep it parked once I brought it out of its slumber...so with those low miles I would have to flip it. Temptation to drive it would be too great.

I would drive it on early summer, beautiful weather, Sunday mornings only.

That’s an awesome read. I just don’t understand how these can “pop up” wouldn’t you know what you have?

Nope different car. The one I posted about is headed to Mechum Harrisburg in August. Lot #135.1. It's an all original 24k mi car.

Incredible story. What do you think he paid for it?

I'd love to know what he paid, too. The right place at the right time with money available = one of the best finds of a lifetime. The Boss was/is in such great condition. Wow! Great article, too. I enjoyed reading it.

DRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOLLLLL...wow, what a find. Great story/pics too. I personally do not think there has been a single mustang made since this thing that i would want if I had the $/opportunity to get one of these. red would not be my first choice (black would be), however i'd make an exception. this car is just so beautiful in just about every single way. thanks for posting/sharing this OP.
