I made 18.3 lbs with the 2.8 pulley and a stock lower. I've seen 20lbs on cold days before. I'm also running ARH long tubes with a 3 inch o/r X. 21 to 22 lbs sounds really high. I'm pretty sure the 2.8 pulley is a 19lbs pulley.

Yea idk man. But I don't want to push the car past 18 lbs.
yea 17-18 lbs seems about right with longtubes from what I've seen. I've been on 2 separate dynos now and both times saw 21+

Are you running a catted mid pipe? Last year I brought my car to the dyno and saw 2 extra lbs of boost. I hit 21lbs with the 2.8. Turns out my cats came apart and blocked about 60 percent of my exhaust. I still made 598/570 lol. I gutted the cats and the boost came back down. If your running cats I would check them asap. The exhaust wasn't much quieter being blocked and the cats were only 3 years old. Converters are bad news.

My tuner said I would see 20-22psi on the 2.9" I orders with it. VMPs chart is definitely off from what I seen.

15psi on the 3.3" is what I ended up with.

With the 2.9" pulley and my 4lb caged lower I see 22-22.5 psi.

Im running stock manifolds, off road x and catback.

Swap almost complete, just need to do the return system, wire all the gauges, finish my cooling system, and a few hundred other things...:rollseyes

What kind of power are you guys making with stock exhaust manifolds and hi flow exhaust on a 17- 19 psi build?

Reviving this thread. Bought mine back in July and have been trying to get supporting mods lined up. Went with a Genll, GT500 TB and Plenum, I plan on running a 3.3 upper with Metco 4LB lower on pump gas plus some sort of octane booster, and a 3.0/4LB lower on the Corn. ID 1000's with either the Lethal Performance budget system with dual 465's, or Fore's LVL 1E fuel system will be in order. Will either do a VMP 3000 or SCT 3000. I will also be running a 7 gallon trunk mounted Intercooler tank with external pump to keep IAT 2's in check. 1 3/4 Kooks or AR Longtubes with 3 inch off road X, still deciding which ones to go with. I can say I am really excited, just trying to buy one thing at a time and be patient. The VMP blowers are taking over the game, seems everyone is making the right choice, let's keep this thread going!
