Good video! A lot of history there.
Looking forward to the all star race. This track is said to be rough as hell.
None scheduled at the moment., but I'll get up there as life allows.
That's how it should be. Racing the track as much as the other drivers.
We got to tour it a couple of years ago when there were trees growing in the stands and all the building were falling apart. The infield drain plugged and there was 3-4 feet of water in the infield and going up on the track. It is amazing to me that they brought it back from the dead. I want to go, but the All-Star Race is going to be too difficult to get into to.
Nice. Last I heard it was dead as a door nail. Now if they bring back the Rock.
Rockingham is coming back too. It's getting paved right now. I'd like to rent it for an SVTP track day.
Looked on line for tickets for the all star race. If you want to sit expect 300+. If you want to stand in the infield they are in the low to high 100s. I’m fairly close but that’s rich for me
Tickets should be free considering they are getting our tax dollars to revive the track.
