Non working thread (stock center caps in AM wheels)

I am wondering if anyone knows how to modify stock SVT center caps to fit American Muscle 10.5" replica wheels. I found a thread that I would assume from the title has a how to but it's dead.

The difference is the http vs the https.
That's a lot of what Bob did when he re-did all the links.

I got my 17x10.5 reps from them 3 years ago and my stock center caps fit. The fit is a little more snug, but they fit with zero modifications.

I had another brand before and the stock centers went right in them. The stock center are shorter than these AM ones. They fit but aren't tall enough to click/snap in.
