Hello,

I wanted to introduce myself. I decided to join SVT performance after the recent purchase of my 03 Torch Red Mach 1. I have read countless threads on this site and decided to finally become a member. I am also the owned of a bolt on 1985 GT (love the 4 eyes), a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII currently being built, and a 1971 Torino. I also own a 1973 351 CJ Q code Mach 1 too but it and the 1971 Torino are just project cars that do not run. Anyhow, my name is Travis. Funny you say that. My dad actually owns a 1970 M code 351c 4v mach 1 that he turned into a tube chassis drag car with a 385 series big block ford, it still runs the factory 429 SCJ iron heads that he got from a 70-71 torino, the heads were worked over by engine systems. It used to be a low 10 second car n/a before we took it apart.

I will try again and post pics, it keeps saying the file size is to big too post them. Maybe someone could help me out. My brother and dad have a pretty decent sized ford collection themselves. The 03 mach 1 is a stock auto. The 97 mark 8 is going to be a full build, it was rebuilt by a local ford guy using 96-98 cobra intake cams, MMR IMRC deletes, ported 96-98 cobra intake, .020 over, FR500 rockers, mild port on the B heads, Kooks long tubes, built rear w/ 4.10 gears, 3400 Edge stall still sitting in the box, Aluminum 1 pc driveshaft, etc. The mark 8 is sitting in my shop with a new engine installed, but the intake and IMRC plates are not installed and It needs a few other things to be buttoned up still. The trans is going to be rebuilt with the 3400 stall when I get it turn key again. The 85 GT is a 302 bored .030 with an e303 cam and flow-tek aluminum heads, T5, king cobra clutch, weight reduction, 4.10s, etc.
