I guess it just doesn't make sense to me that people are fine with 150-160miles per tank and using so much extra fuel even when they aren't making big power just putting around town. Hell even planning a trip a few hours from home can leave you google searching where to get e85 or having to haul around gas cans. No doubt it is an awesome fuel but its far from practical IMO. Btw last year I averaged 25mpg highway and 18 city. This year making 800hp it should get the same if not better. For a street driven car gas mileage is nice to have no matter what people say.
I guess it just depends where you live. We have e85 pumps all over MN. But really once you get past 800, 'most' people aren't daily driving their cobras any longer or going on long trips. I just look at what would provide the best performance and best reliability. Certainly e85 is the winner hands down. For a big power boosted car, it should be considered over all other fuels IMHO! To each their own though. Sorry to whore up the OP's thread!

I'll say it again...be done with 93 and switch to e85. The chances of that happening again go WAY down. Good luck man!

I am really thinking about doing that! Not sure if my fuel system is up for that! 80# injectors with return style fuel system from Lethal performance.

Absolutely your fuel system can accomodate e85. I don't know what pumps you have, but I have made over 900 uncorrected on twin 340's with e85, and that's with a highly modified stock fuel hat. Best bet is to call Lethal go over what you bought and verify, but I don't see anything that would be of concern. I assume your tuner has experience tuning e85? If so, then do it now. Your engine will thank you later, there's a reason why guys call this stuff liquid gold. Good luck man!
