My take on painting cobra hood vent area...

Saw this in another thread with a black car and red accents and thought it would look awesome the other way around as well! Its a little dirty since its been raining out here in socal but you guys should still be able to see it.

Its a VIS carbon fiber hood.

That looks awesome. I always wanted to put satin black stripes just like that on my old CO '04. Never got around to it though.

I've seen a number of Terminators over the years with painted hood vents. Some looked great. Others not so great. The key is to be sure the painted area flows with the curves of the hood. Done right, it looks almost factory. Not done right, it looks too home made. JMO.

why is there white in between the red and black paint?
