I really want to find one of these for myself. I’ve been debating selling the Lightning to do something like this with a little boost. Truck looks great.

Painting the fender vents and waiting for my new badge king designs emblem to finish them off

Bumpers are next I guess.
Funny...99.9% of the time I'd say "Color match it ALL!"
But with the black handles, mirrors and wheels...the black bumpers don't bother me as much...

Always amazing how wheels and tires changes everything

Well… I couldn’t stand the 22’s so I sold’em and ordered a set of 20x10 Weld Ventura 6’s.

For a lowered daily truck I feel like I need more sidewall to help with ride quality.

Pic for reference.

I day dream of buying a truck like this. Im not gonna lie I was even digging it lowered with the steelies on!

I actually like the steelies myself, I’m going to install a big brake system sooner than later and need to run at least 20’s in the front.

My main gripe about the Shelby’s was the “poke” as Shelby f150’s have an additional 1” fender flare. The welds have a little poke but it’s pretty much flush.

Just did some emblem overlays, originally started to paint emblems but I ran out of my good primer and used some cheap stuff that ended up having some strange chemical reaction to the paint causing it to lift.

So to prevent further frustration I ordered new ford emblems and slapped on some Etsy vinyl overlays, I’m happy with them for now.

Nothing special, just wanted to share how I trimmed my RC wheel well liners.

I didn’t like all of the extra plastic hanging down covering the frame and my ridetech traction bar kit so I cut off the excess with a blade. All I wanted was the white covered without having to paint or undercoat.

I can see the benefits of more material on a lifted truck but being lowered I wanted minimum coverage of components.

Happy Friday!

Very clean!! Now hurry up with the gear and LSD swap…I wanna see a smoke show with those skinnys & steelies! (I’m sure it would do a 2 mile long one-wheel-peel right now, if it doesn’t have the e-locker)

Lol I’ll have the welds on before the lsd swap. But maybe I’ll throw the steelies on for testing…

That blue F-150 emblems look really awesome. I saw a white, late model F-150 yesterday with a blue 'F' and flag motiffed '150'. It really looked awesome, as well.

The badges should stay. I’m all about subtlety, but the badge should be good for some laughs for people who see the truck and take a peak when you aren’t around.

Would drive for sure. Looks awesome with the new wheels too.

Thanks! I’ll most likely pull the bumpers peel the wrap and paint this winter, so yes I’ll do the mirrors and door handles at that time.
