I saw this earlier… how in the actual ****…

Just more proof that 99% of attorneys give the rest a bad name. How long until they sue Jeep too?

Edit: this article actually explains it where the other one I saw didn’t. Sounds like another reason not to live in shit hole Michigan

Sounds like the dealership should be responsible because they hired someone that has no license and can’t drive a stick.
That’s why the jeep owner sued the dealership for indemnity

The employee not being able to sue the dealership owner and the vehicle owner being responsible for anything that happens are both insanity

It is completely absurd to sue the Jeep owner.

I’m baffled his insurance company even paid out the $100k. They have no liability whatsoever but I’m guessing it would cost them more to fight it than to just pay it out. If I’m that Jeep owner I’d be pissed at my ins company for paying out.

This is why I have an umbrella policy.

Lawyers have ****ing ruined this country.
