I've done head gaskets on a 4.7 dodge. It takes quite a while with the engine still in the truck.

the biggest absolute nightmare job I have taken on was replacing both head gaskets on a 32v Northstar v8 in a 98 Cadillac deville , no amount of money will make me want to do that again , pulled the head bolts out and the threads pulled out on every single bolt

Removing any type of clip or fastener. I always break them! Shift boot and rear valance are good examples.

Oh yeah, forgot about spending a day installing a 50 trim turbo kit on a friend's SRT4. It blows my mind that all these manufacturers decided to turn around 4 cyl engines so the turbo is all the way back by the firewall. Makes it 1000x harder to work on. Especially on jackstands in an apartment parking lot.

Changing a clutch on my1970 Cyclone GT (Cleveland, 4V, Hurst) when I was a kid. Car on jack stands...unheated garage...mid-November...snowing. With no trans jack/dolly I muscled the top-loader out onto my chest. My arms kept getting numb struggling to lift it back into position. Will never forget my uncle talking with me while I was under the car.... with a trans sitting on my chest. Finally got 'er done...and got to thaw out my frozen fingers.
