Hey guys, I just got wind of this, no eFlyer exists yet but this is what I was emailed:

Hi everyone.
I'm pleased to officially announce "No Fly Zone", an airport runway roll racing shootout. This will be a private all day, side by side, half mile roll racing event. Participants will line up, roll to a predetermined speed and punch it at a defined "START" marker, and race down the runway for one-half mile until they come up on a "STOP" marker. As many runs as you want throughout the day, against anyone you want to match up with. No cops, no cross traffic, no speed limits. Take it off the roadway and to the runway! This event will not be open to the general public for spectating. We will be capping the event to 100 vehicles. Anyone and everyone is welcome to sign up. We will have open shakedown runs, grudge match runs and a "best of" elimination style tournament. This tournament will be broken down into 3 categories, JDM, Euro and American. Working on an official E-flyer for the event, but i wanted to get the word out now. For registration, questions or sponsor queries, feel free to email:

My brother in law is bringing his bolt on Mustang GT and he said it took a couple days for the guy to reply but he eventually did.

If you still havent gotten a response I will reply to one of the emails he sent me.

Glad to hear there will be more Cobras though!

They are supposed to be crank hp. I have been to several of these events and all the people i talked did not know what their crank horsepower was but they do know the dyno number. The 640hp and 600hp cobra's are off by about 50hp (a friend and i). Some people just add to their dyno numbers. Here are a few example modded ZR1 600, modded GTR's 500rwhp-550 crank, 602rwhp Camaro-640 crank. The worst was a 300C at 650rwhp-600crank, every one he races he won by buslengths.

So me and a friend is playing the game just like they are. I now ask people what the dyno'd at before asking them to run. I like to have close races, it's no fun if one of the guys loses by bus lengths.
