Looks like the 2016 Chevy Camaro will be Underwhelming

The Camaro SS comes standard with 1SS trim as well as a 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 that’s shared with the Corvette. delivering 455 hp and 455 lb-ft torque. I was hoping Chevy would put up more of a fight than that.

1. The OP posted his under whelming statement in a GT350 thread. That in its self implies a comparison for the SS to the GT350.

2. When comparing the SS to its natural competitor the GT. I think Chevy improved enough to force something from Ford.

3. I feel the looks of the Camaro are underwhelming.

I think that the price actually puts the Camaro between the GT and base GT350 for any shopper other than Camaro fan boys. I feel like they overshot their competitive price point a little bit. I think it will be a good car, but it's a lot more money than the comparable GT.
