Some math I have been plaing with: With the 60 inejectors may be able to support 800+RW. With larger injectors....850-900? The motor will/should support much more, the T76 will be o/a its limits at o/a 850-900RW, and completely out of steam based on the Turbo maps by o/a 925HP.

Since I have the extra CIs, heads and cams/induction I should be able to make the power easier with a bit less boost.

Based on the comsuption charts I build the T76 should be good for somthing like this: (70% Efficient Turbo)

RPM // 10 PSI // 15 PSI // 20 PSI // 25 PSI
6000 // 510HP // 614HP // 717HP // 821HP
6500 // 553HP // 665HP // 777HP // 889HP
7000 // 596HP // 716HP // 837HP // 958HP
7500 // 638HP // 767HP // 897HP // 1026HP

Keep in mind that those numbers are theorical and for a 306CI modular. I have been working the numbers giving volumetric efficiency of the induction package (ported 03-up castings, ported Sullivan and Cams).

The calculated turbo efficiency was a 70% and with a perfect fuel system.

The motor will take 7500RPMs all day long, that does not means that Ill spin it that high since based on the chart I dont have to. Also another thing is that the T76 will be pass the "Choke Line or Limit" at anything over 925HP.

So based on that I could either run 20 and spin her a bit more or run 25 PSI and spin her less. Either way it should be a very nice combo!

Is there anyone running a Turbo BIG BORE? If so, what are the numbers/performace?

Here are some quick pics of the finished head.

Again, 03+ Castings with 8+ threads. They will sport 1mm over sized valves, bronce guides and Comp springs.

I can't see the pics at work, but going from the first set, I'm sure they look good. Did you do any reshaping or did you just clean them up and polish them?

Another up-date.

I got the IC back from the coating shop. The gloss black coating looks great! My phone camera does no justice!

That about covers it for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One quick question that I'm seeking some help finding.

NEED THE FOLLOWING:

AN Adapter Fitting

-6AN Female to -8AN MAle

That will go to adapt from the Fuel Pumps to the -8AN Lines.

Any help with a part number or link will do!

Nice as always Naz, I can't wait to see it in person!

I'm a little surprised that Sullivan intake is so rough inside though? Maybe it's supposed to be like that, but it looks to me like it would be a good candidate for Extrude honing!
