i dont think scales would show up in a fossil. organic material just "disappears" and you're left with an impression of the bones. i dont really see any bones here except for a possible tooth. that's why some scientist theorize that some dinosaurs had feathers and were more birdlike than reptile but since neither skin nor feathers survive its just theories.

that is not a mouth, that is just the formation of the rock, also I do not think that is an eye either. While it looks like a fish its simply a pattern of some sort.

Fish, sea shells etc are commonly found at high elevations. What was once a lake or sea is now a mountain. If it's a fish of some kind and that's rock, it would be worth ALOT of skrilla especially if it's granite or marble!!

Swamp gas.

I believe it is in sandstone. So not a great surface to work with.
