Koni STR a step up from 11' svtpp shocks?

Dont have the funds for top of the line yellow's or D specs at the moment and am wondering if these would be a noticable improvement over the svtpp shocks/struts when used with L springs.

By 'noticable improvement' I mean ride quality/spring control. Dont see a point in spending $400+ if the svtpp stuff is just as good.....or better.

BMR typically has a sale on the Koni stuff this time of year, if you wait you might be able to get a set of Koni yellows for a good price.
