Kitchen Countertop Advice...Which type?

Cabinets are in. Countertops are sitting at the yard waiting to be installed next week. Can't wait to finally have a kitchen again!

heres some pictures of it, excuse all the mess. We are still unpacking dishes. Going to install under cabinet lighting and maybe start on back splash tomorrow. The Cambria is great, and looks so much better in person. You can't see all the detail and spidering in pictures.
