No idea, just seems weird to me that the rain/car combo would leave that impression. It wasnt doctored in anyway, clearly cause it doesnt make any sense lol.

Well the other pc of the story is a video off my sec cameras of what
appears to be a ghost. I realize I would get shit either way so maybe I'll
post the video tomorrow. Was hoping the pic would mean something
to someone, a spiritual or historic meaning..

The sloping driveway and expansion joint are plenty of explanation for the shape of the dry area. You have to think past the action of just the rain falling from the sky and play the scenario all the way through. The water cannot just disappear, it is all logical.
