So are they planning on selling one that allows you to keep the egr.

I'd assume that would make the unit even more appealing. Not everyone has a racecar or wants to get rid of it on their street car.

Well, at least for me thats the only thing that would prevent me from getting one vs the competition when I'm ready to upgrade.

Perhaps....BUT, the majority of us have to go though annual inspection & emission test!! Why not have it BOTH ways! :pepper:

Take note on how many more would be "sold" with the EGR!!!

Is the inspection visual or do they just check fo codes?

sorry I'm a noob.. but my question is why should I choose VMP over a Whipple 2.3l or KB 2.2l? I'm looking to make over 600rwhp. Thanks!

New York from what I recall even have the inspections video taped and yes very much visual :( Now Ohio on the other had just started self kiosk inspections :) Ohio is now a VMP TVS vendor :)

Cause it'll make more torque at similar boost levels. I love my whipple but the VMP is even more of a torque monster

Oooh gotcha. thanks for the info. I'm very interested now!

In addition to the above statement it also includes:
A one piece case like stock
Monster inlet standard
interchangeable pulley system standard
OEM reliability
100,000+ mile service life
Side mounted elbow for ease of blower installation. Makes for easy access to intake/blower bolts, fuel rails and injectors.
3 elbows to fit a stock/BBktwin 65mm TB, Accufab/LFP/ Billet Flow TB and Dragon TB. You can purchase an elbow in the future if you want to upgrade to a larger TB for a couple of hundred dollars.
Coming soon elbow to fit GT500 TB.

These are in stock and ready to ship.

Rick, whats the gain of a GT500 TB over the other SBTB? Isn't it an electronic TB, so how would it work with our cars?

We have tuned my car in so many configurations I can't remember the exact number.
I believe the GT500 TB gave us ~30 hp.
The great thing is every time we put more air in the VMP TVS the HP/Tq goes up.
We had a company make a mechanical bracket to fit the GT500 TB.
I can post some pics later today.

So what set up do you recommend to get the most power out of the VMP TVS? The GT500 TB set up?

So far bigger seems better when it comes to TBs.
The GT500 TB has done the best so far.
Jay(Blown04) got 680+ with his TVS and Dragon TB at ~21lbs with a mild tune.
This was with a mix of race/pump gas. He would have been close to 700 with a pure race gas tune with 21-22* of timing.
We are hoping to have the GT500 TB set up available later this year.
