Their "avionics" were a 16mm film strip projected on a tiny 5 inch screen.

There was no horsing around on THAT airplane.

Friggin awesome. The PVD laser to show the horizon/cockpit orientation was some cool engineering. Such high technology at the time to show something so simple as to where the bird was in respect to the horizon.

This is very cool. We always passed March Air force Base going to see my grandparents and always saw one of these in their museum as we passed. Grew up loving this plane
