All of those image tags are "hotlinks" meaning that SVTP doesn't pipe the bandwidth for them. Your browser is going directly to the server that's hosting those images and displaying them in line for you.
I imagine the rule was made more as a courtesy to other users than anything else. it's very annoying to scroll through a thread where each picture has been repeated 100 times.

Sorry not necessary :coolman: I am sure the gentleman had to put out a nice junk of change for the infrastructure to run this site. Like I said it's his site his rules. I can only imagine the hit's this site gets; it's all good :beer:
