So I wonder if you a premium member and you get a ban, do you get your money back?

It means you failed to follow the rules but it was not serious enough to warrant a ban.

Yes. Collecting enough points will earn you a ban.

I got an infraction for quoting a picture that wasn't in the hotgirlfriends thread. They are getting serious about bandwidth I guess.

Yeah, if you think about it, its kind of BS. Something LL just started in the hot girlfriends thread on his own accord. They should have stated this somewhere officially before throwing out infractions left and right. I understand when you quote like 27 pictures, I hate when people do that, but quoting one picture so people know what you are referring to shouldn't be a problem.
