Good to see you coming back. I have seriously contemplated selling mine for a Terminator, but seeing you do this might help me keep the Shelby around a little longer. I will always have a soft spot for an 03 SB coupe.
Only regret I have with my 13 is not holding out for one with a glass roof. This car isn't exactly on a diet, whats another 11lbs?
Obviously everyone will have there own opinions on the 03/04 cobras vs the 13/14 Shelbys. Me personally the Shelby is the king. Yes the cobra is raw but so is the 13/14 GT500, Other than that the Shelby is better in every way. I'm definitely holding onto this next GT500 for a long time. Don't sell your GT500 for a cobra. It's not worth it.
I have been contemplating selling my '14 for a while now. I just can't make up my mind. On one hand I'd like to have cash saved up for the new GT500 and on the other hand, I have this nagging feeling that I'll regret selling it. Stock (w/Nitto 555Rs) with 1,156 miles. Hold onto it.

I feel the same way. I have owned a 2003 Redfire Cobra, a 2004 Mystichrome Cobra and the 2014 RRM GT500. While I enjoyed all of them and they were great cars I plan on going back to a 13/14 GT500. Yes the 03/04 Cobra's are raw and that is one of things I loved about them after having two. But the 14 GT500 is still very raw but more of a refined raw that I really like. I did not have a choice when I had to sell my 14 GT500 and its been killing me since. I will get back into one hopefully sooner than later and will be holding onto that for a long time. The only other Mustang I regretted selling was my 93 Cobra R and that was a mistake. But the good thing is that a member here bought it from me and has owned it for the last 17 years. That would be R-Code. Great guy.

Yeah, looking back, I really wished I held on to my '03 vert instead of selling it for my 2010 GT500. If I did keep it, I would be owning both that and a 2013 GT500 today. Barring any financial trouble, my 2013 isn't going anywhere. If I want a new toy, I'll just save up and buy another one instead of selling/trading this for one.

I'm 99% sure I'm buying the silver one. I'm going to start working on the financing with the sales guy today so all I have to do is go pick up the car.
Thats awesome! Cant go wrong with either color and both low miles. Ultra low on the Silver one you are buying.

Where do you live driving back to California to where? Sounds like a fun drive shaping up on way home.

I flew to Dallas and picked mine up and drove back to S.C.
