Ford GT, ive been lucky enough to have a boss that knows i love and respect cars and hes let me take his out a few times for some good hard runs.....once you drive the car you relise youll prolly never drive anything thats the same.

i feel though any high end car will have its own unique feel to it as well as amazing looks generally.

My top pick would be:
1. McLaren F1
2. Ferrari F40
3. GT40
4. E type
5. AC Shelby cobra 427
6. 69 boss w/ grigg road racing goodies

that is all i can think of right now.

Can we consider a 1987 car an old school one these days? If so, I really want an E30 M3

This is a hard choice....it all depends on what you mean by old school. Old school as in muscle cars...69 Camaro SS or just a old school exotic...Countach!

Lamborghini Countach. nuff said.

I would have to pretty much say if I could only choose 1 it's have to be a 427 Shelby Cobra for sure

But......from history the 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10, I've loved vipers since they first debuted. The viper pretty much gave the american industry a big smack down as the first real performance vehicle from america in years. It's the car that pretty much started the HP war once again. Eventhough they are not quite 20 years old, they deserve a huge respect as a timeless classic as one of americas true "sports car".

Lambo Miura

It seems not a lot of people know about them.

+1 on the Miura, the very first road going rear-engined supercar! Mine would have to be the 1970 P400 SV Jota, only 1 made, it was Ferrucio's mechanic; Bob Wallace's pet project when he was working at the factory. Wallace wanted to take it racing, Ferrucio said no and then sold the car to an enthusiast who destroyed it...

its because they are the last of the air cooled models and to alot of p car fans considered the last of the real 911s
