Actually all FL has on CA is a law that all police reports are made public. It's actually sort of scary that with only a last name and a county, I can pull up someone's address via a speeding ticket they got 2 years prior, as well as all other details on a ticket. Same goes for all arrest records, like someone throwing fried chicken at a spouse and then a charge of domestic abuse happens.
