How Often Do You Change Your Oil?

I run full synthetic and change it between 3-5K miles. If you race it alot, I would do it even less.

Well I've been researching oil and have been looking at the Redline stuff but it's like 10 bucks a quart and thers is no way I'm going to spend that much and change it again in 3k.

I might as well just stick to the Mobile 1 and be done with it.

I do it every 4-5k now and get on it pretty good from time to time.

I drive the car quite often too.

I'm thinking either a 5w30 or 5w20

I change mine every 1k. Drive it pretty hard and it's just conventional Castrol 5w-20. I'd rather be safe than sorry thats for sure!

Mobil 1 Full Synthetic...I change it every 4,000 miles on the dot with a Ford Filter and can you believe walmart sells the Ford filter too, lol...

i try to change mine every 1500 miles... sometimes it slips to 2000 miles. i change plugs every other time i change the oil.

5w-30 mobil one... but some good threads out there about fully synthetic oil i might change too one of them.
