Who names their kid Falcon?
People who build helium balloons in their yard and appear on wife swap.
Hopefully he's okay, I've got a 5 year old and I can't imagine what any of them are going through especially the little boy.

if there was a basket on top of the dome of the baloon, it wouldnt have stayed on. Winds and physics would not have allowed it. Kinda like trying to stand on top of a ball while someone is trying to push you off, aint gonna happen.
