Help with wheel offset

I was looking for a set of wheels and came upon a set on this site Concept One RS8 Hypersilver (Chrome Stainless Steel Lip) Wheels. I was wondering if the 19x10.5 with a 45 offset would work for the rear. Or should I get the 19x9.5 with the 42 offset. Would i have a problem with the 19x10.5 with a 305 tire?

A 10.5 with a 45 offset on a 315 will have your tire sticking out.

Stock is 9.5, same +45 offset on a 285/295
