Hey fellas. Looking for a new stance for the car for when it comes out of the body shop. Purchased a set of 03 springs and want to get them sliced n diced.

How much did you cut? did you remove the ISO's and what wheel tire size set up are you running?

Thanks in advanced

oh yeah .. Pics please!

Rides like stock. The 03-04 springs are Linear not Progressive so ride is equivalent. Had the springs in and out a few times, so time is going to be up to the installer.

I can have the fronts out and car back on ground in about 1 hr, and rear the same.

Stocks on front, 17x10.5 Reps on the back with 315's. No spacer just MM bolts.

BTW, was your Cobra not totalled?

No she made it out alive.. it looked way worse than it was. I got a good chunk of change for the repairs.. so i will be doing a whole respray of the car.

Are you happy with that, as I know that you were originally trying to sell it to generate some cash?

Yeah i ended up moving into a house for the same price i was paying for an apartment.. so it worked out good .. i will still be selling the 83 though. I will put the cobra under the knife again once i pick up my jeep srt8 and slowly do a turbo set up on it.

1 full coil in the front and 7/8 of a coil in the rear

Rode pretty much exactly like stock, I would definitely recommend doing it!! Didn't take too long either, and wasn't hard at all! Did mine myself including cutting the springs in about 3-4 hours
