Thanks Sometimes (thanks to improved technology, materials, etc.) the clones can actually surpass the originals (in terms of performance and fit/finish,)

It's actually a HK 91/G3 "clone" made by PTR, but they have the proper/real tooling and spec's so it is a very faithful reproduction

I had a PTR 91 that refitted with wood furniture. I never had a problem with it. I regret letting it go.

CZ's seem to be wildly popular these days. I just haven't warmed up to the whole DA/SA thing yet.

I love my p01, I recently picked up a g19x and even after 400 rounds I’m still not making groups like my p01. I may try and trade off my g19x for a cz pcr.

Yea, I know, posted it before, but now I'm really done futzing with it. It's like I want it now.

1992 Colt Government that was dad's. It's been a work in progress as I've posted along the way.
Frame cut and hand fitted Wilson beavertail, and Wilson thumb safety both by me.
Adjusted trigger to 4lbs from 6 lbs, also by me.
Installed one piece S&A mainspring housing and mag guide.
VZ "Colt" grips
Slide cut and sights installed by Novaks.

Been running it in matches the past three weeks. Put up one of my best scores yet two weeks ago.

Trigger will suck, but buy it and send it to Cajun Gun Works for a pro package and you will fall in love with it.

GOOD for Hornady for having the balls to make a stand against NY's strong arm tactics. More should follow suit. I've always said that a strong pro-2nd Amendment/pro-gun voice needs to be heard.
