Unless I misunderstood, or the sales guy didn't know what he was talking about, it is supposed to have a trigger upgrade already.
It may have an internal upgrade with the spring but it looks to be the stock style trigger still with the break in the center of the trigger. The APEX trigger changes the entire trigger style to that of a Glock sttle trigger. You can see the difference with mine. The stock M&P triggers are good but the APEX makes it that much better.

That's why you always stay pointed down range if you have a round stuck in the chamber. About as good an example of a cook-off as you can get.

I didn't realize I was going to have to do all the registration and paperwork through the silencershop.com. I thought they would ship the suppressor to Rainier Arms and I would do it there. Oh well, doesn't seem too bad but I need to do the trust ASAP.

Did they send you a trust that is tailored for WA? You know that everyone on the trust is going to have to submit a passport photo for the purchase correct? Its part of the change to trust purchases because of 41F. Silencer Shop is up in Austin and I went there to purchase the suppressor. Unknown to me at the time they are a wholesaler despite having a storefront and the suppressor had to be form3'ed to a retail gun store. A little annoying, but it is what it is.

Im doing my own trust right now, getting the paperwork notorized actually. I didn't know that about the passport photos though. I may take my dad off as a secondary trustee then since he is on the other side of the state. The silencer shop has an app that allows you to take photos for that and handle a lot of the other documents.

Also finger print cards I forgot about that. The photos and cards have to be submitted for every purchase, from "all responsible parties" i.e. Everyone on the trust.

What I don't get is, people like me who already have an account with ATF for my Trust, we can't use the web site for new purchases. Its like they think we are incapable of scanning a FP card or something.

What is your setup like? Sounds like it has to do with LE or military of some sort?

I have a privately owned Property Trust, but specifically for the ownership of firearms and related items. There is no one person who owns my weapons, rather the company (Trust) owns the weapons. Anyone who is a legal owner or Trustee of the Property Trust, can legally be in possession of the company assets, NFA items included.

Oh okay. I saw that option when setting mine up as well.

Some more gun porn... This is my Frankenstein Monster 300 Blackout. I've mentioned it couple of times and some folks showed some interest. I went outside and fired off a few pictures in a couple different configurations.

When I built this rifle, I was thinking versatility and the ability to own everything from 0 to 600 yards. I think I did okay... let me know what you guys think, and if you have any general use weapons, post them up! Love to see what you guys have done.

This is a list of all of the parts pictured...

That's a "pistol". They're kinda a gray area, especially equipped like the one you posted. The front handgrip and the sight would both be unusable if it were being fired as a true pistol. The second the "support brace" comes in contact with your shoulder, it becomes a SBR, which is a NFA object.

I just checked out the MPX pistol today... Im buying it lol

Edit: I talked myself out of it for today. Im coming back for it though.

I had one for about a week. Put 250 rounds through it, wasn't my favorite. I really want a MCX carbine. I'm holding off for a bit though, taxes are gonna hurt this year.
