What would be the best gears for an 03 cobra wih 460hp and 458tq? i was looking into 3:90 or 4:10.???

Either 3.55 or 3.73......
Iit depends on what you plan on doing with the car, open tracking the 4.10 are good, drag racing the 4.10's allow you to go thru the traps at the top of

Unless you really want to go bigger, I wouldn't do it if you plan on going over 500rwhp. If you do go over 500rwhp stay with the stock gears.
