Friend's BackDraft Racing Cobra

My buddy just took delivery of the car about a month ago, Backdraft Racing 15th anniversary Iconic 427 7.0L 495bhp (bhp, not whp) and 517tq... An absolute beast considering it only weighs about 2450lbs. I'm not a professional photographer but did my best with my Canon Rebel T3i and with my GoPro.

I took the car for a spin and it was pretty insane, like nothing I've ever driven, impossible not to fall in love with it.

This is my first time creating a thread from my phone, I'm not sure as to how the images will look like on your computers... So I apologize in advance if they happen to be huge... Or tiny.

You did a great job with the photos. A true muscle icon. I've never driven in a Shelby Cobra replica, let alone driven one. I would bet the hardest thing would be to return home. How can you not want to drive it non-stop, forever!

That's a nice one. You did well with the photos. Its hard to grasp how small of a car those are, until you are right up on one. I bet it does fly, when it has traction. The short wheel base would be interesting with all that power.

I think I would go for a Daytona Replica, just to be different, and plus I like the Daytona a little more.

Ive never been a huge fan of cobras i dont know why, but that car is stunning i love it!!!

Is it actually an fe motor? If so thats even cooler. My dad has a plymouth belvedere a990 clone with a race hemi and i would love to have a 427 car to park next to it.

They are about the same, Superformance has Shelby's blessing though...
