Big thanks and shot out to Shaun at AED for tuning my car this Saturday. Made it a fun and easy experience for my first time ever on a dyno. Never expected to see such good high numbers.
484hp/523tq aggressive 100 octane tune
475hp/512tq safe 91 octane tune

Mods:
2.76 billetflow with 4 idlers
Borla Stinger with VRS catted x pipe
Ported throttle body and plenum
AFCO Dual pass H/E
K&N intake

After the last run I maxed out my fuel pumps so a BAP with the wire upgrade is on order. Thanks again to Shaun, his tuning is second to none!!

Did you get any baseline numbers? Are thosethe correted or uncorrected? I just got a tune with the same mods as you and I am WAYYY lowere on power. Mine was on a mustang dyno though

I know those number on his dyno will spit out the same as a DynoJet do but they are SAE corrected.

Good numbers... I've been wanting to have Shawn tune mine! He's seems to be a great tuner from all the vids I've seen and heard.

^Ya man it was worth the drive for me because he is one of the best tuners in California. I highly recommend his work!

Hmm pretty high numbers for a 91 octane safe tune. I maxed out my fpdc with 455/479. Congrats.

Definitely very high numbers for a 91 octane tune, but assuming they are equal to a Dynojet (SAE Corrected) then they're awesome. How did the car feel after the tune, compared to before the tune? Big difference, eh?

Wow I hope I make power like that when I go! Getting tuned with basically the same mods. Congrats.

If you don't, don't worry about it. Its not all about numbers and being a dyno queen. Its about how the car feels/performs and how you drive it. Mine made 450 with a 2.76 upper, though his dyno reads lower than most. All I know is the car feels like a monster. Im 100% confident after a couple passes i'll hit at least 11.7 on drags

My previous tune made higher numbers, but with the new tunes lower numbers the car still feels stronger.

The difference is unbelievable! It is a totally new car and getting on freeway on ramps is the best part of my day now

I can relate well to that. I used to add 10 minutes to my commute to the office, driving out of my way to hit the east-bound on-ramp one time, drive to the next exit, and come back down the west-bound on-ramp to return. Silly things people sometimes do with their beloved muscle cars. :burnout:
