100% … last time I probably got burned was by a whole family at a gas station… they had 2 kids (one was a baby)…. I looked at the baby and just couldnt take a chance at it being legit and not helping them out… so i did…

a while later ended up hearing that a family was running a scam in the area…

My grandfather with his first cop car in 57. He always said that was the last time they gave us anything with some guts. Everything after that was junk. It was a 283 dual quad, duntov cam, 270hp, three on the tree. He needed tires after 6k miles, spun them on every takeoff. His superior wasn’t happy with him. He said the only car he couldn’t catch was a 57 Fury with a 392 Hemi. It wasn’t pulling away from him but he wasn’t gaining on it either, at 150mph.
One day I’d like to find out if it even exists still. If it does I’d to try to get it back for him.
