Started out just replacing a few suspension components.. ended up cleaning the underbody up. Figured I'd share some pics.

Went looking for the lake here in Norman a week ago. Ended up on a gravel road. Made the car damn dirty.

The road came before the clean up. Inspired the clean up if you will.

No, the car is running factory cams!

My IC tank is a trunk mount. Here is a picture while it was being fabricated.

When you clean and detail, you REALLY clean and detail. LOL! Awesome job. I was pretty thorough myself back in the day, but you've got me beat big time. If you ever sell you Cobra, somebody will be getting about as nice a Terminator as they'll ever find, and cleanest!

I love cleaning my car this thoroughly. It's rewarding after. What spray were you using? Simple Green?

Thanks guys!

I used purple power this time. I usually use simple green. Spray it on, agitate with brush, spray again, let it sit, then hose it off.

I finished with CD2 engine detailer.

Pipes were done with mothers mag and aluminum and my porter cable with a harbor freight polishing pad. Paint in the rear is rubberized undercoating (wont freaking dry, but whatever.) And I also painted the brake calipers again and rotor hats.

Can't believe you still have that car! Still Looks awesome tho!

For sure brother. Hope all is well.

I can't part with it (or the 98 GT I used to roll around in -- I put a blower on it). That's why when I'm buying a house next year in Dallas I'll have to get a 5 car garage. :lol1:

Yeah doing great! That's awesome that you still have both stangs. Those were fun times back in the day when we used to go out to Kellers on sat nights. Glad your doing well!
