Everyone Please read regarding DCControllers... Long, but please read

This is the exact reason why I did not continue my membership over at NLOC... I understand that people have had bad experiences with certain vendors, but, please leave the drama elsewhere. I do not approve of bad customer service, but I also do not approve of a website that continues bickering and bashing of both the customer as well as the vendor. I appreciate that this site does not allow such innane, immature, irrational acts.

And this qoute I "believe" is what happened to me when I was asking his help over the phone installing this controller... .I forgot exactly minute by minute but I did concurr with Matt alot over the phone installing the Spal controller.
