So I’ve been having this ongoing problem with getting my car to pass New York State inspection. My egr monitor won’t run and without that monitor set I can’t get the cat monitor to run. Car has a kenne bell 2.6 full emissions devices. Runs great and no codes in Ecu. I am posting a few pics of the vacuum setup and that’s where I believe the problem is. Car has brand new egr valve, motorcraft dpfe, egr solenoid. One thing I noticed was that some lines are blocked off and one is even pinched with a wire wrap. I am not sure if this was done for a reason by the tuner but the car runs flawless and has excellent power. Both lines off the boost dump solenoid are obstructed as you can see in photos. Not sure if that had anything to do with egr but if anyone has any input I’d really appreciate it
