Demonio, keep in mind, Walbro specifically states that the 405's should not be used with E85. This is why we offer the 465 pump.

Walbro 465 LPH DCSS Twin Turbine High Pressure Fuel Pump (E85 Compatible)

Also why right now, the DivisionX SN95 Fuel Hat is the only true E85 compatible fuel hat. The basket will support anything from the GSS342, up to the before mentioned 465 E85 compatible pump.

The issue is that Walbro does not rate the 405 as being compatible with E85. We have run the 405 in E85 with success as well as many of our other customers. We've even run 255's in E85 for several years without any issues in our 1000+ rwhp 2010 GT500 as well. The issue comes into play if for whatever reason you do have an issue with the pump, Walbro will not warranty a 405 pump that's been used in E85. Hope that clears things up.
