as gasoline goes up E85 has to go up some as well, remember at least 15% is 87oct gasoline, depending on blend and time of year it could be as much as 30%

That's very true, but as summer approches the gasolin content should decrease, which in my opinion should help keep the prices down more, but who knows if that will really happen -__-

well I was surprised to only pay 3.05 yesterday, as it was ~3 weeks since I filled the car up and had payed 2.97, a 2.7% increase was much less then the ~ 9-10% rise in regular over the same time

Stations raise the price of E85 because they can. When regular gas goes up they raise E85, not for the same reason's but because if gas goes up $.25 why not raise and get some more $ from E85.

Because there is 15-30% gas in E85 does not make it rise when the price of a barrel go up. There is more info on this in a thread somewhere on here I believe.

Watch the price of diesel. If it goes up, so does everything else. Remember all the fuel gets delivered by a tanker truck running diesel. If diesel goes up, so does the delivery cost.

Gulf on vets and motor parkway just north of LIE is $2.97 just drove passed!

its $1.00 more per gallon if you use a credit card. so now its $3.99 a gallon. All gas stations are staringt to do this. How is the Business vehicles going to pay cash for there fleets. We bought vehicles for all e 85 but wont give cash to our employees

I didn't test it when I filled up. A few buddies have recently and it was 85%. One of them said he spoke to someone there and they told him they don't change the blend :??:

I have tested it in the past and it's been 80-85% over the last 15-16 months.

This is actually very common. Don't read into the "Winter Blend" hype too much.

I have seen this many times as they are not required to change to a winter blend. They are only mandated to post up that is may be as low as E70.

Wow really? Ok I'll make sure to only bring cash when I go lol, This definitely does hurt big businesses who pay for employees gas (as stated above by another member) considering most of the time the employer wont just hand you cash to fill up.
